- 1-2 tbsp Your favorite chicken seasoning blend

- Cut your chicken into butterflied flat filets and season generously with your favorite chicken seasoning blend. (We keep the skin on, you can get boneless skinless or get bone-in skin-on and debone them).For the best flavor, make sure every piece is evenly coated before cooking.
Step 2: Make the Bang Bang Sauce
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle (or grill or cast iron pan) over medium-high heat.
- Add a little oil to the cooking surface, then place the seasoned chicken onto the griddle.
